Delivery 20€ European Union and World: Colissimo 48h to 72h
You will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track the shipment of your order.
In case of absence, a notice will be left in your mailbox. In this notice of passage, the carrier will tell you if the package was made available in a post office, or if a second pass has been programmed. In case of prolonged absence, the parcel can be returned to us.

Delivery Problems :
We ask that you to not receive a damaged package (cardboard damaged, opened , damaged) It is imperative to refuse. Return Procedure :
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return one or more products within 15 days after receipt your package. After validation within 48 hours, of your request by our team, print the form and insert it in the package, send items in their original packaging. Return Fees are chargeable to the custumer.

Exchange :                                                                                                                                                                                        In case of exchange, please re-order on our website, then return the products so thar we can refund your order when received. 

Refund :
Upon receipt of your return, we will refund you within 30 days, via the method of payment used. It is possible that you see it appearing on your account some days later.
